Payroll access recovery is verified by a designated administrator before any credential is changed.

Contact a payroll administrator
Use the organization’s approved offline contact method. Do not send passwords, authenticator secrets, or recovery codes by email or chat.
The administrator will verify your identity and issue a temporary password. You will be required to replace it immediately after sign-in. If your authenticator is also unavailable, say so during the same verified request.
